- Day 1 — Arrival: Transfer to the villa, opening circle, cacao.
- Day 2 — Blessing: Yoga and qi gong, a water-temple blessing, sound in the evening.
- Day 3 — Breath: Shamanic breathwork, ice bath, fire ceremony.
- Day 4 — The land: Waterfalls and the river, then an integration circle.
- Day 5 — Close: A last sit, then the drive back.
