About
Black Rock City rises for nine days on the playa of the Black Rock Desert and then disappears without a trace. Everything is brought, built and gifted by the participants: theme camps, mutant vehicles and art across the open playa. The 2027 Temple — called simply The Temple — is a fractal design by Steve Brummond.

Programme
- Arrival — Gate and Greeters: Into the city, then find or build your camp.
- All week — The playa: Art, theme camps and gifting across the city.
- Saturday — The Man burns: The city gathers for the burn.
- Sunday — The Temple burns: A quiet, collective farewell.
